Payment references must be unique, and you can use your MultiChoice customer number as a reference.
If your broadcast services are disconnected and you pay via Absa (internet bank transfer, ATM, or at any ABSA branch), or if you make an online credit card payment then your services will automatically be reconnected within 15 minutes, so don't make that unnecessary call to our call centre.
