MultiChoice Call Centre
Our Call Centre is open from 07:00 to 23:00 Monday to Sunday, including public holidays. Give us a call and our friendly agents will be there to assist you with billing, technical, product or service queries, as well as general enquiries regarding the vast range of MultiChoice offerings.
Also, just speak to our award-winning IVR (Integrated Voice Response system) using the Voice Genie and he can help you resolve some basic problems without having to go through to the actual call centre.

MultiChoice Walk-In-Centres
If you prefer personal, face-to-face interaction, you can visit us at any one of our three MultiChoice branches nationwide. We have an electronic queuing system, so make sure you get your ticket when you walk in, enjoy a cup of coffee and just wait for your ticket number to be called.
